Able to accommodate up to 6 people, it will allow you to fully enjoy serenity and tranquility, while being just 15 minutes on foot from the town center, its shops, sunny beaches, and the charming harbor of Cavalaire-sur-Mer.

Comfort and space: Enjoy 3 spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with a sea view, a shower room, and separate toilets, perfect for a stay in total privacy. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the space.
Modern amenities: The living room is equipped with large bay windows offering an unobstructed view of the Gulf, flooding the space with natural light. Relax in a cozy living room with television and internet connection. The fully equipped kitchen will delight budding chefs with its American fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic stove, coffee machine, and everything needed to prepare delicious meals.
Socializing and relaxation: Enjoy social moments on the large terrace, where you'll also find an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after your days at the beach. A barbecue area is available for unforgettable grilling evenings.
Convenience: The villa is air-conditioned and secured. A laundry room with a washer and dryer will make your stay easier. Additionally, a large parking area can accommodate 2 to 3 cars.

Villa La Clairemaie: A Family Legacy in the Making

It all began in 1970 when the Puissant family, originally from Belgium, decided to make a dream come true. The father, François Puissant, a renowned doctor from Tournai, wanted to offer his wife Claire and their three children, Véronique, Bruno, and Benoit, a place where they could spend unforgettable summers. He discovered a plot of land on the heights of Cavalaire-sur-Mer, in the private residential neighborhood of Super-Cavalaire, with an incredible view of the Mediterranean. This exceptional panorama inspired the first construction: a large double villa named "Villa La Clairemaie".

La Clairemaie quickly became a peaceful haven for the family. Every summer, Véronique, Bruno, and Benoit enjoyed the Provençal way of life, surrounded by friends and cousins. The villa, with its large terraces, complete with a barbecue and offering stunning views, became the setting for many summer memories.

A Corner of Paradise in Cavalaire

Located just a 15-minute walk from Cavalaire's town center, the villa enjoys an ideal location. The bustling port, restaurants, and typical Provençal markets are all within easy reach. Wednesday mornings are market days, and the family loves to stroll through the stalls. The Provençal scents, colorful fruit and vegetable stands, and aromatic herbs immerse the Puissant family in the warm atmosphere of the region.

And what about the proximity to the beaches? Just a few minutes by car, the sandy beaches and secret coves welcome the Puissant family and their friends for sun-filled days. They also love heading to the marina, where activities abound.

The Birth of La Courcelle in 1999

In 1999, Dr. Puissant undertook a new family project. Next to La Clairemaie, a new 80m² villa was built: "La Courcelle". More modern but still in harmony with Provençal charm, this new construction became a more intimate pied-à-terre while remaining close to the family's history.

It was around this time that the children, now adults, began visiting Cavalaire with their own families and friends, perpetuating the Puissant family's summer tradition.

A New Life for La Courcelle in 2025

After more than twenty years of use, in 2024, the family decided to renovate La Courcelle. The work was completed in 2025, transforming the villa into a true modern gem while preserving its original charm. The villa obtained certification from the city of Cavalaire and the Tourist Office and was awarded a 3-star rating for its comfort and amenities. Now available as a holiday villa, La Courcelle opens its doors to travelers seeking authenticity and beauty.

Unforgettable Summers: Beach, Sailing, and Boat Trips

Summers in Cavalaire are synonymous with various activities for the Puissant family. The children enroll in the French sailing school and spend hours learning to tame the waves. Cavalaire's port is also the starting point for numerous boat trips. With family or friends, they explore the îles du Levant, with its breathtaking landscapes, or relax on the crystal-clear sea.

Provence and Its Treasures

Cavalaire is just the starting point for exploring the Var region and Provence. Saint-Tropez, with its chic charm, draws the family for a day trip. The Puissant family also enjoys strolling through the picturesque villages of Bormes-les-Mimosas or Lavandou, savoring the typical Provençal atmosphere.
